No-Drip Conditioning Foam
Ogilvie® Foam Perm is appropriate for all hair types. However, it is not recommended for hair that is highlighted, frosted, bleached, color-treated or previously straightened with relaxers containing lye or guanidine carbonate.
Ingredients:
Step 1: No-Drip Curling Foam: Water/Aqua/Eau, Ammonium Thioglycolate, Isobutane, Ceteth-20, Ethanolamine, Diammonium Dithiodiglycolate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Propane, PEG-150 Distearate, PPG-2 Hydroxyethyl Cocamide, Pentasodium Pentetate, Stearate-2, Fragrance/Parfum
Step 2: Neutralizer: Water/Aqua/Eau, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteth-20, Fragrance/Parfum, Phosphoric Acid, Quaternium-52, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Disodium Phosphate, Methylparaben.

I have been using the foam Ogilvie Home Perm for years and it is an easy product to use that is almost failproof. As I get older, I am glad for the no-drip formula. I once tried a different brand, and I found it to be hard to apply and very messy - which made me really appreciate Ogilvie Home Perm. This foam permanent is also easy on the hair and does not dry it out. It is an excellent product.
The only problem I had with this product was the supplier AmericaRX - Shipping was fast - but the shipping price was too high. I would get the product from someone else. The Ogilvie Foam Perm as always been my favorite--both for ease of use and great results. Retail stores in my city no longer stock it, so a computer search led me to Amazon.com. I always give myself a home perm and as I get older it gets more difficult to do. I am 67 and find that the Ogilvie Foam Perm is very easy for me to do by myself. I used to find it at Wal-Mart but can no longer find this particular perm anywhere near me so I now order it online. -- Great
