So far so good…I only say this because in Jan 2007 I ordered the pink Chi for 129.99 and it no longer works. It turns on and off at will…anyway this one works wonderfully, great color, fast shipping. It is the perfect size, that is not too large to take up space or make it hard to handle. It also gets hot and stays hot. I would recommend this product.
